SKILL n MOBILITY

For the first 15mins I would like everyone to work on their shoulder mobility. Here are some videos for you guys to go through.

The next 20-30mins I would like you guys to work on
. Handstand (free standing)
. Handstand hold
. Handstand push ups
. Handstand walk
