WARM UP:
Finish this segment in 15mins
Stretch for 7mins then begin warm up
500m row
3 rounds, 30 secs each
Push ups
Mountain climbers
Burpees
Squats

MOBILITY:
Spend the next 15mins for mobility, going over the form, warming up for the movements, set up

WOD:
“Ladder” for 20mins
1,2,3,4,5……
Bench press @ 70kg/40kg
Hspu/ push up on box/ strict pull ups
Power clean @ 60kg/35kg

AFTERWOD:
Partner up
“You go I go” for 7mins
20 burpees

TRAVEL WOD:
500 squats
Every 3rd min 20 push ups>
