“VEER TUJHE SALAM”

LIFTING WOD:

Those doing the lifting program can come at 7,8,9,10am (there will be no coach for this class)

There will be a lifting class @ 9am taken by a coach. This class is for beginners

VEER WOD:

This WOD will start at 10:30am, please be here by 10am to warm up n mobilise. There will also be an evening class @ 7pm

WOD:

30 rounds for time

1 squat clean @ 90% of your Max

3 muscle ups (bar/rings) 

5 burpee box jumps @ 30″/24″

. Muscle up can be substituted by box muscle ups or alternate each round with 7 chest2bar pull ups and 7 ring dips
